Approximately 50% Corvina and Corvinone, and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. While the Veneto varieties are crushed and fermented immediately after harvest, the Cabernets are dried for 1.5-2 months prior to fermentation, intensifying their varietal flavours.
